Total cost and plan limits
Ask about user seats, onboarding, payment-processing fees, add-ons, and annual commitments. Confirm that the specific plan includes the features you need, not just that the product offers them somewhere.
Field use and data access
Try the mobile workflow with the people who will use it. Check permissions, connectivity requirements, accounting integrations, and how you would export customers, estimates, invoices, and job records if you changed systems.
